Bobcat Service
Machine-with-Operator Service
Description and Function:
This attachment is incredibly useful, and is worth much more to you in terms of time saved and quality of grading, than its small daily rental cost.   It is an intermediary attachment that goes on any full size bobcat between the machine’s attaching plate (quick attach coupler) and the bucket (or dozer blade or forks, etc) which allows the bucket to tilt to the right left for quick and precise grading, shaping, contouring, and excavating.  Otherwise the bucket always stays level with the machine and wheels (which is the way a skid steer normally works).  But with this attachment installed, the operator controls it hydraulically from inside the cab, and is able to do things you just normally can’t do with a regular skid steer.  He can quickly cut ditches, swales, berms and so on, just like a bulldozer.  Great in tight places - and equally effective in wide-open spaces too.  A must for any landscaping, grading, land-shaping project.
Price:
$ 50 per day - rental rate
(additional to hourly charge for the basic bobcat that it needs to run it, with operator)

Comment on Pricing:
You may wonder why you should bother with paying for the rental of this extra attachment if in the end all it does is goes between the machine and the bucket, and isn't an actual digging tool itself, specifically.  While that is true, remember that what it does when it is in use is to make the machine so much more versatile and much easier to accomplish certain tasks.  And the reason you would want to make it easier for your operator to do what he needs to with the machine is not so you can make his day easier, but rather because it will speed up the job, and he will be able to do a much better job faster.  That saves you money - in fact on the right type of jobsite, having the tilt tach working for you will save you many times its rental fee in cost savings of time and even materials.
The tilt tach makes the machine be able to do what it just simply couldn't do without it, in some cases, and couldn't do quickly or efficiently.
Applications & Purpose:
The tilt-tatch's purpose is to allow a greater degree of flexibility in any bucket or other non-hydraulic attachment (forks, dozer blade, etc) that may be attached to it; with at view of improving the speed, efficiency and overall quality of the job being done.
So almost any customer may be benefitted by having this attachment in use, but in particular landscapers, custom home builders or others who may be working with final grading, excavating for and placing in new base for driveways, interlocking patios and walkways, etc.

Compatibility:
This attachment is a practical addition to any full size modern bobcat that has the standard quick-attach couplers and auxilliary hydraulics.  Then the standard coupler on the reverse face of this attachment (the part that faces forward) then attaches to whatever bucket or other tool/attachment that you then want to use on the bobcat, which does the actual digging or work, and which you want to be able to tilt down to the right or left.  Because this tilt-tach attachment requires the auxilliary hydraulics in order to function, the bucket or attachment you use on the machine, attached to it, cannot be hydraulic, obviously.

Availability:
Our whole organization at present has only one or two of these (although we do plan to obtain more, so each branch has one or more), so be sure to request it well in advance if you want it used.
The tilt-tach is able to be pivoted or tilted down to the right or left to allow many time-saving manoeuvers - resulting in less stress, highter qualiy and cost savings!

Our thanks to SkidSteer Solutions for the use of this video.  Our own video demonstrating this attachment will be forthcoming once we finish its production.
Sculpt and grade slopes in a fraction of the time - its like running a small bulldozer
Cut ditches and swales in no time;
especially helpful in narrow areas such as between houses where doing a swale by machine would be otherwise nearly impossible
