Note - regarding Dirt Conveyor Systems rentals:
Three important things to note regarding conveyor rentals:
1) Renter must determine site suitability and whether dimensions are feasible – our conveyors will fit in most basement windows, but you may have to make window openings larger in some cases.
2) Renter must ensure that electrical supply is adequate. These use 110 volt motors, and require at least a 20 amp breaker service normally. Also, we do not recommend use of extension cords – overheating issue potentially (fire/damage motor), and if they are used you must make sure that the cords are very heavy – 8 gauge or better (lower) and as short as possible - not longer than needed, for the same reasons.
3) We will deliver conveyor to your curb – moving it on site and positioning it is your issue – and that is mainly manual work – will require 4 strong men. You will need to have at least 3 people to help us off-load it at curb on our arrival when we deliver and pick it up.
