Typical sized mini-ex
This is the machine size most of the utility installers are most frequently seen using. Waterproofers too, landscapers, and other contractors in both commercial and residential applications. Has good power, maneuverability and small-space access. This is the go-to machine for most jobs, unless you require a bigger size. Not suitable for use with many attachments.

An amateur video showing a standard mini-excavator digging for waterproofing. Shown: a Kubota KX-41-3 with a 16" trenching bucket. Provides some idea of what to expect, at least roughly, for a machine in this class. Our own videos are in production and will be posted soon when complete.
