So our pricing has been set up to be very simple: It is hourly-based, and is comprised of 3 main components:
1. A Float Fee - currently about $100 (one-time charge) for both delivery and removal, (jobsite address dependent).
2. An hourly rate - mostly $85/hr, (price based on machine selected), with a set minimum number of hours, 4 - usually.
That's it; there are no hidden fees or surprises!
(If on some occassion there is to be an extra charge for some item - a rarity - you will always be advised in advance.)
Let's take one example:
A typical short booking for a small task, like digging out the soil in the back yard for a new interlocking patio and loading that into a bin, and placing and spreading the new gravel base. Assuming it takes 4 hours or less, and no extra attachments are needed beyond the dirt bucket which is included, the charge for this service call will only be $440, plus tax.
That includes the machine, operator, fuel, delivery and 4 hours of time on site. $85/hr X 4 = $340 + $100 float = $440
And we charge by the hour, not the day; in fact we charge right to the quarter-hour, so if it takes a little longer, like 4 and 3/4 hours, we charge just the 4 and 3/4 hours! We do what we can to keep your costs down and project on budget.

Our rates are $85 to $95 per hour, depending on machine-class selected. Click here for full list. All rates are plus-tax (HST), and include the basic machine rental, the operator, and fuel. A daily minimum hour charge applies (in most cases 4 hours per visit and/or per day) and a single float fee will be charged (that fee is charged only once: it covers both delivery and removal of machine). Any additional attachments needed (beside the basic bucket which is always included at no charge) can be delivered to you at the same time and are charged on a daily rental basis.
