Special Long-term / Budget Bobcat Rental Rates:

for Custom Home Builders

Without a doubt many custom home builders would find very useful having a bobcat (skid steer loader) on site for the full duration of their building project, or a least for the majority of it.  Having ready access to a machine at any time is a time-saving convenience, speeds the project along, saves labourious manual labour, allows the site to be kept tidier, and more organized.  But owning a machine is a hassle and costly.  Capital outlay, depreciation, maintenance and repair, storage, insurance, having to float it to the next site (truck, trailer, MTO/yellow safety stickers) and the rest of it can prove to be enough to dissuade most builders from owning one, even though they see the benefits and would actually like to have one.

The alternative, renting one, is an option that can be quite costly.  Until now.  We have a custom-made a program specifically with custom home builders in mind.  It is a rental of a standard-sized 5-foot wide bobcat and pair of forks (optional, but recommended), at a very special, low monthly rate.  It is perfect for the home builder - comes at a very low price, includes few monthly machine hours, but takes the headache away of having a machine there.  Clck here for more information on this program

How's it work?

Remember the company "Rent a Wreck?"  Something like that.  Not that this is a "wreck", not at all.  It will be a functioning useful bobcat, but on some of its last days.  Consider it to be the more Senior Citizen of the construction world.  The tires will hold air, but might be about 50% of new tread.  The engine might have 4000 or 5000 hours on it (most bobcats are known to go until about 10,000 hours, especially if maintained.)
