The scope of our responsibilities in relation to the service we provide are few, and very simple to describe:  We are an equipment rental service, and provide the operator to run said equipment for you on your site, and directly under your specific directions and constant supervision. That’s it. 

You ask us to deliver to your site the equipment you feel you need to get something done on your project, and we attempt to accomplish some or all of this work by running the machinery on your behalf, following your directions.

We are not contractors.  When you hire our services, you must understand clearly that we are not in any way a contractor ourselves, but rather a service provider.

We are an equipment rental outlet who also provides an operator to run your selection of equipment for you on your jobsite, under your direction, planning, guidance and so forth.  We will not take on any role beyond that.  We stay in the machine and operate it for you.

Please understand that this is not an issue of our being unwilling to do anything else, or a matter of "laziness" making us not be ageeable to get out of the machine and do other things at your jobsite, but rather the fact that we know it is important to make a clear distinction in our various roles and responsibilities and where we draw the line on these matters, particularly on a legal basis.  Our obligation is entirely related to running the machinery only.
