Machine-with-Operator Service

Description and Function:

Our branches stock a variety of grapple buckets for a number of specialized jobs and demolition and handling of specific material types. A couple are shown here, but we stock many more.

For example, root and stump removal grapple buckets, demolition buckets, asphalt-removal buckets, mulch and loose light material-loads buckets, heavy duty grapples for demolition – units for full size and extra-compact bobcat model types.

Even some of our mini-excavators are available equipped with grapples and thumbs

Price:

$ 75 - 150 per day rental fee*

(additional to hourly charge for the basic bobcat that it needs to run it, with operator)

Applications & Purpose:

In general, most grapples are for material handling - and in particular, the handling of large, or odd-shaped materials that will not readily fit in the machine's bucket.

Users of a bobcat equipped with a grapple bucket include demolition contractors, landscapers, and home builders and general contractors. Recyclers, loggers and tree services are also are big users of grapple buckets.

Perfect for site clean up, tearing down small buildings, ripping out stumps and roots, picking up pipe, logs, rocks, and other odd-shaped objects.

Compatibility:

Almost all of our skid steers will run at least some of our grapples. In order to do so, the machine must be equipped with a standard coupler and auxilliary hydraulics. We stock buckets to git all size classes: 3 through 6 foot bobcats (and even som mini-excavators).

Availability:

We commonly stock grapple buckets at most of our branches. As they come in many different styles and types, inquire of what is availbale locally.
